With Gmail, you can organize your day by creating your to-do list based on the level of importance. In other to create a To Do List, click on Mail > Tasks. A small taskbar will pop up at the bottom. When done with a task, you need to tick the box in the corner to permit Google to strike a line through that particular task.

You know how annoying it could be for you to send a mail writing “…attached is the document below” only for you to see that you have sent the mail without actually attaching the document. Gmail has a feature that helps you prevent such embarrassment.
Google Mail has the ability to recognize where you have written “attached” in the body of your mail. Before you click send, Gmail will provide a pop up asking: “Did you mean to attach files?” You wrote ‘I have attached’ in your message, but there are no files attached. Send anyway?” With this pop-up message, user can then click cancel and go attached the desired files.
Switching Accounts on Gmail
If you are a user with more than one Google account and do not want to sign in on another browser, you do not need to worry. You can access both accounts on the same browser at the same time. To do this, click on your current Gmail address in the top right corner. Select Add account. You will then be taken to another tab where you can log into your second Google account.
If your browser is chrome it will remember your preferred switch account and will take you there automatically but if you are using any other browser, you will need to add the Google mail address each time. Using a chrome browser is best when you want to enjoy a seamless account switch.
